Hummmm, you mean if I wear mine, the kids might leave...DONT TEMP ME....

Thats been our plans for quite awhile Dan...I can retire at 57 even though the wife has to go a few more years...Figure we will see how things are then and Ill decide if I go or hang around...Caryl has been watching the prices in Delaware, No income state tax on my retirement...We where also looking further south but prices getting out of hand.

Then too where ever it is, its only for winter, we will b e up here living on boat for summer...

Anywhere that has access comparable to the Hudson is ok with us. There are a few states with no income tax. But they probably have other taxes that hammer you. But not as bad as NY.

The trip was great, sunny and mid 80's every day, our place is right on the beach, so I just gotta walk past the pool(and pool bar)every day and down to the beach. Happy hour starts at 1:00 and ends at 5:00, then watch the sun set at 6:30 and off to dinner.
