I am on D Dock, before the construction area. My part of D dock was completed last year. Does someone know when the electric and water get turned on?
 
Electric is not on? water should be April 15th.

If it was just you and I knew, yeah that would be a good joke....I had know idea and I am really pissed. Last year they did not get our work at our slip done till the middle of May. I called Joe Mammolito and requested that the electrician caps of the electric and the water so the rest of us have electric and water. I will call him back tommorow to follow up. I am suppose to go in on Saturday, no need if there is no electric or water.

Question..... Aren't there dates in your condo-agreements....of when water and electric must be turned on by ??? If not ... maybe there should be. Sounds like there are PLENTY of other rules...the owners must follow.

Maybe its time all the owners get together and put their annual maintainence fees $$$$ into an escrow .....until managment gets it right. ( but there's probably a rule against that )
 
Funny u metion that ... I said just that to walter... The roads are a mess.. no reason the bulk head takes so long and for only a small area... Its a joke... But walter said that there are other " factors " .
So now that ive seen it first hand I think u guys are getting screwed.... The marina is in the same crappy condition it was when i was a kid... By the time they finsih the bulk head it will be time to do it again.... and the coast... crap do it all at once.. how long they been paying for this ... price keeps going up.. u have 500 slips ... use that to save money ... its not rocket science....

Well I will run for board if I get support.
The board is the same guys and all they care about are the renters.

I will need major campaign funds, kickbacks, hookers, interns, pages, cocaine, etc.
I will need free boat waxing, fuel, toys, rides on friends boats, dinners, beer, etc.

Did you think us politicians work for salary?

I am in slip D49. Just spoke to Joelle and she said the electric won't be on D dock until they are done with construction. She did not have an ETA.

Tell her you want a credit on your rental till you have a complete slip (water and electric)

Walter.....Robs work hours are from 8:30am til 10:00am....... including a 1 hour lunch break....and he doesn't take calls during lunch......
 
LOL cute... I was screening my calls .... I called u 2 days ago to complain about that slip..... I got nothing to say.....
