He hasn't posted for 4 days now.
Should we be worried?
 
lol. Yes I made it. I ve added videos to the playlist daily but didn’t mention them here. Great trip although it would have been more fun to have an extra week. We ran a few 12 and 15 hours days.
 
Question, now that you moved to a different type of bottom have you switched to a different anchor, or more accurately what anchor type are you using for the river system?
 
I have an oversized Bruce/claw (110lbs) and so far so good. I also have a 66lbs Davis (similar to a delta) I could use but I m sure the big claw will be fine
 
Back up to the boat for a couple of weeks. While it is a little cooler than normal, having coffee on the aft deck without sweating in August is great! Love the view from the slip too. The marina has a few cabins across the fairway buried in the trees, so peaceful.

In the down side, I had to replace the fridge yesterday, it was only 8 years old which both the technician who came to look at it and the appliance store said is about the life expectancy these days. Had one helper and used the davit to raise it from the low floating dock. Not fun!
