Did something similar to that when Marina Del Mar in Seaford went bankrupt. Still have the metal sign that says "Marina Del Mar D Dock"!!!

Ah yes, now I remember that. I think they relaxed the sandals, but not the tank tops.

They had a clearly posted rule, they enforced that clearly posted rule, and you got "pissed off"? I don't get it...

Mike .... I can understand the rule being enforce INSIDE the dining room....but we where OUTSIDE on the deck. We where not the only party that had not meet their dress code. If it's mid July with temps in the 90s and your catering to boaters who want to dine outside on the deck they should be more considerate. Just my opinion. It wasn't a problem we just took our business elsewhere.
