New Regal Website Suggestions

Joe,

You're welcome. I understand your "bad feelings".

Your experience keeps me from ordering something there. I can already see the problems if they send me something here in France, Europe and I would not be satisfied with the product....

Especially after he waited so long for his items to arrive.

I can't imagine how long it would take to get these items in France...

Hi Regal Marketing Team,
I second the many comments made regarding archival information Regal's older boats, as the owner of a 1975 Regal 21', I have had many challenges regarding parts, wiring diagrams etc.. I have also never had confirmation of the model # of my boat (hull # rgm01156M75). My father, who originally purchased the boat, was told by the dealer it was a 300LE.

Thanks for the call for input!!

Many Many used Regal boats out here and some technical help from knowledgable technitions will do wonders in building pride of ownership for Regal Boats. Many above have mentioned parts available or referals to purchase parts from suppliers would be truly helpful.. Become involved in what we Regal owners do and experience and you will build "user" knowledge and establish a basis for building and maintaining new Regal Customers.. We are buying your products - be there for us!!!

Go to corvetteforum.com for a great example of what can happen to a user driven website. I also have to chime in on the lack of documentation available for older models and the lack of online parts and accessories. You could turn it into a great service for your brand owners and a real moneymaker for the boys upstairs.

How about listing all accessories available for each model, including the prices? When I first bought my boat I really wanted to add all kinds of things by I had to ask, and since it was my first boat I had no idea what was available. Also, a parts list would be helpful too. Live chat? More pictures and videos. More technical specs like fuel mileage, range, etc. Thank you for asking!

Well, someone must be listening. The website now offers the ability to see larger photos of each model. Hopefully they're working on other suggested changes as we read and type.

How about pictures of the interior color choices and a "currently in planing/ new boat" section. The 52 is the first boat I recall having an announcemnet on your page before it was really built. Many other models I actually saw in person before they were posted on your web site.

WHAT HAPPENEND TO THE REGAL OWNERS WEB SITE ???

Great topic !

I would like to see a link, or section that would show me pictures of the options! Here I am picking options for my boat, and some of them sound great, but it would be nice to see a picture of it, ( ie the Table: cockpit teak ) for the 2200 sounds great....but what does it look like?
I think a section for options would be great !!!!

:)
