Planning ahead - Hudson River trip

Mike, Did you remind John that there will be over 20 boats in the raftup...

I'm out. Looks like a blew a pressurized oil line coming back from AC. Mechanic at the boat tomorrow...hope that's all it is. Extracted about 6 gal of oil and water from the bilge yesterday. 10 hours to get home on one engine.
 
Mark, sorry to hear it. If that's all it is it's a simple fix at least. Did the ocean calm down for the ride home at least?

Butch, ha, unfortunatley fishing hasn't been good enough to supply 20 boats! Are you going to be there I hope?

First 6+ hours were tough then it smoothed out a bit. See my post in LICC. What a lousy vacation.
 
John given the storm situation stopping in at LL prior might be the best bet. Keep an eye on the weather since you have a run on the South Shore don't you?
 
I think every time John has planned a trip up here there has been a threat of crappy weather...
