...we all knew it was coming, doesn't look bad, after this one, you can all take your shrink wrap/covers off...

This should be nothing I hope! I made good head way today cleaning I should be able to finish in one more day maybe two. At least the hull anyway. It was nice to see so many people show up today I guess the season must be about to start.

Zincs and Rejex are on the way, I'll paint the bottom some time this week, get her waxed then I'm good to go.

Tomorrow is the first day of Spring! Yeah, I know, we have been sucking it up down here. But we wish all of the folks on the Hudson a long, warm, good weekend weathered boating season.
Don't forget. A 30 percent chance of rain is a 70 percent chance of sunshine. Get out there and enjoy it!

Well I guess I was wrong I can't believe it's sticking this sucks 1/2" so far and still going strong.

Had to crank up the snow blower one more time. About 3 1/2" of heavy stuff...heart attack material if your older and a little out of shape. Fortunately, I knew better than to move it to the shed before the end of March.

Thanks for the snow Mike. Good thing you took your cover off now and not 3 weeks from now.

Bob's got the right idea - thanks Mike! For more-than-a-few years, it has been customary and appropriate to thank Mike for the manditory 'Last Snow' of the season . . ..

BUT, this year, Butch is already in the water for Last Snow - - I believe he deserves some thanks, too!!

What a boat that Trojan is - I'm prety sure my canvas IS NOT rated for a snow load!!!!

There is only a dusting on that boat much more might be a problem.

What's that under your boat Mike? I wasn't aware that Pennybridge had a low water issue?

That's not at PennyBridge, Pete, it's Patsy's Bay

Mike,
You don't shrink wrap? I see boat behind you is not wrapped either. I don't get that. You get water into someplace from rain, then it freezes and it can cause cracks or leaks!
thought you had a fischer.

Dave, it was shrink-wrapped, as was the one behind me. I took mine off the first weekend in March. I have the mooring cover on it now.

It was my other boat that had the Fisher cover. Next winter, I'm using the Kover Klamp system.

Hmmm, guess you took it off too early! LOL!
Still too cold here to do anything, gonna wait for it to warm up a little.
