Murhpy's oil soap to clean. Clear water rinse. Even though Murphy's says not required, I found it always left a film if I did not. Follow that with Liquid Gold. Several coats. Allow it to soak in and wipe excess between coats. Eventually you will get an even sheen. I have used this with good results at home on heart of pine in rough shape while saving my pennies for a refinish.
I have a 1988 Mariner 32 with Parkay in the galley area. It is "Polly" coated in a high gloss finish. The Parkay in my boat appeares to be 12" x 12" Oak tiles, just like the ones at Home Depot or any other flooring outlet.
