UPHOLSTERY UPDATE

Thanks A lot Walter. I am like a kid with a new toy.

Just looked at your pics. In the pic of the front hood, it looks like a new car! Is that original paint?

Really pretty Porsche!! You may not want to give it to your wife after you rebuild it :). Enjoy the journey.

Check out renlist.com and speed.com if you have questions as you rebuild her.

Good luck.

I would think twice about using it as a plow car!

I envy you the garage. I could barely fit a car in ours when it was empty. Now, forget about it: I barely fit the snowblower in it. Years ago, I built a toolshed just to get most of my tools out of the garage. Now that's full and the garage is still a mess. My bucket list contains restoring a classic car. I'm a Chrysler person and would love to restore a 1950s or early 1960s Chrysler or Imperial. My wife would kill me! Hy

Jeff,
The paint is original, pretty awesome for a 34 year old car, guess Porsche had good paint?

Hy,
I wish I had a 3 car garage, actually looking into making my 2 car a 3 car. Also Hy, the Garage is really not that big, the Porsche is really small :)

Jeff,
I still owe you the mask you lent me a few years ago :(

Walt,

I forgot about it. Please send me a check for $15 dollars minus a few years depreciation.. :)

Walter photobucket has messed up their links. If you cut the URL portion of the link the pix will appear where it should on this forum.
