Anyone wanna guess who was caught actually waxing their boat today?

I have a photo to prove it too!!!!!

John,
Sorry but that was CARYL that you beeped at. I was inside working at the time.

You were up close and personal with a ladder. Hell that ladder was in a place no ladder should ever go!!!! ;)

Unfortunately the yellow cloth in your hand was covered by your body when I went by the 3rd time but I saw it!

Here you go....

I start the bidding for the hi-res original at 1 can of Shiltz! ;)

BTW - was brutal down there today. VERY windy and cold. Did you see the Coast Guard cutter slamming thru the waves out on the river. Not a nice day to be out.

Thats what I get for being a nice guy. Try to help out Caryl and there goes my rep.

And cold was not the word for it, Caryl was on the ladder and it was blowing her off. Thats why I ended up out there finishing the job.

I pulled the shrink-wrap this AM only to find a very dirty boat underneath. The winds were whipping!!, which made it great for removing shrink-wrap. I ran the razor knife down the middle stem to stern and let mother nature do the rest.

9 days to splash!

Explains the plastic blowing across the Haverstraw parking lot.

;)

Um, Butch...while you're at it...would ya mind?
She's right next to the fire boat.
Thanks so much.

Looks to me like Butch is doing his job, inspecting Caryl's work and pointing out to her spots that she may have missed. I don't see him doing any waxing.

I don't know Hogan.

" John,

He seems to be waxing poetic to me!!

:D:D

Hogan's right, that picture proves nothing.

Butch is still my hero until further proof can be brought forth!!!!

No no, I fess up...Caryl was having a hard time up there on the bow so I sacrificed myself and climbed the ladder to do that very small spot...
John did catch me at that very rare moment, so I guess that picture must be worth something. Now lets see, since he did not get my permission and he is trying to sell it, I guess I should be entitled to something. Now David, the work I was doing was trying to lighten up the cooler so it was not so heavy when Caryl put it back into the car. I do so worry about my wife hurting herself. She still has the top side to wax!

Butch, you, like Les, are turning into a softie...

I told Gina that the cover is coming off the boat tomorrow and that waxing needs to be done, she replied, "let me know when it's in the water"

Now that is what I would expect Gina to say...

And just wondering, ......What was your reply?

And you want to compare me to Les....

Looks like Butch has one of those Giant Little Ladders...he must have a lot of faith the legs aren't going to fold out flat!! Hey Butch, if you spring for the other part of the ladder and get a plank, you can do about 13' at a time rather than the up and down thing...just look at what up & down got Eliot [:-censored]

I still can't believe 30 miles downriver makes such a big difference, nobody is taking shrink wrap off up here [xx(]
