VERY RARE Photo!

Next week, what happened? I am ready for the water. Caryl did everything we needed...

George, I do have a plank for it, did not bring it to the boat. That ladder has been a big help, use it often. Now as far as that up and down thing, wellllllll.....
 
I figure if Butch straddles the ladder like that he doesn't do much up and down. Probably slipped once or twice and the equipment is gone!

Caryl uses it john, she does not seem to have any problems with it!
 
What am I missing, All I see is some guy (LOL) standing (straddling)on a ladder looking at a boat. That must be the new way to wax. I see no wax, no electric cord, no buffing wheel, no cooler. I bet Butch is looking at his boat with a beer (Shlitz not seen in photo) in hand wishing how nice it would be to have someone else wash and wax his boat.
 
The picture was taken as I was driving by so I was at the mercy of the digital camera delay. If you look close you can see the yellowish reflection of his buffing cloth above his head and in fact he admitted to it.

I was so shocked as I drove by, seeing him wipe down the boat I did a u-turn and grabbed the photo as I was driving the other way. I was late for something or I would have stopped and done a full Butch at work spread but alas I couldn't.
 
Butch has been demoted in my mind from 'The Man' to 'Just one of us poor Schleps'.

Butch tell me please, you are just removing a bit of haze she missed.

However there's no excuse to be on a ladder like that. Wait. Maybe you had too many beers while watching her work?
 
Im sorry guys, but I felt sorry for Caryl out there doing all that work and came out to give her a hand. I did wipe a little wax off for her so she could warm up a bit. I was worried about her health. I mean really, the wind chill was 14 degrees yesterday by the river. I cant aford to have her get sick now. There is alot of waxing left yet. She also has to do the carpets as well as the inside of the boat yet. Really when you get a good thing going,sometimes you have to give a little. Well I did! Now I am DONE!

I'm sure she does. That appears to be a very nice ladder.
 
I have to say it is. Caryl bought it so she could change the light bulbs here in the house. She felt unsteady on the step ladders. Saw this one and she had to have it. Het, only the best for my girl....
 
I have to wonder if she ever reads Boatered thou?
 
Just be careful on that damned ladder, Butch!!! And Happy Anniversary, BTW - we've BOTH now made it two years since our heart attacks!!!
 
That aint no ladder :) ( like the double negative )

That be one of those fancy very stable little giants and worth every penny
 
John, Yes she does read it, quite often in fact...

And yes that little giant did get bigger after that picture...

Pete, I am always careful, and waiting on results of last stress test...
