Sounds like I will need the snow blower tomorrow. 4-6 inches. Mike hurry up and launch your boat. Enough already..

Don't you mean "Caryl will need the snow blower"???

She must be getting very tired of this snowy weather...

Pulling snow blower out again glad I didn't uncover. Saying maybe Monday snow too. when is it going to be over?

I get in by April 15, last year the 10th. I don't know about this season. not in a rush this year.

The hull is done, bottom painted, zincs are on... I am ready!!

Splash this week, then let the games begin.

I'm done too! Entire outside of boat washed & waxed even topside & bow rails.. Shrink is off, canvas is up, new zincs, bottom painted, outdrives too. Only thing left is inside which is easy and I will do in the water. Marina picking up boat tomorrow. I am beat to hell but glad we got it done. Marina has a few things to do but nothing major. Should be in during the week. My back is really shot tonight!! lol

My right shoulder is killing me. I was hoping to fishing polishing today but I left a little for next week. I'm hoping to bottom paint and finish all prep work on Saturday. With a little luck I will have the guy come to fix my bow rail and add two mounts for the swim platform then I will be ready to launch. My goal is on or about the 15th same as every year. I have my fingers crossed this one may be close. I had a little help painting markers on my anchor rode today I think this should work out great. Thanks to Hank for the help and the paint, this is something I have wanted to do since I bought the boat I just wasn't sure how to go about it.

I'm glad I decided to work through the weekend to get the boat done. The weather this week & into next weekend is very "iffy". If I didn't get it done this weekend I would have had to bring it over to the marina with the shrink still on cause boat sits under a bunch of pine trees, once the shrink comes off & canvas goes up I need to get it out of there fast. When I cut shrink off at marina I have to rush the wash/wax cause I can't leave it sitting there at the service dock for long cause I'm holding other people up who want to get in as much as I do so I tend to not do as good a job there. Plus at my house I have all the water/electric I need & a barn to keep all my supplies in 20 feet away from the boat so I don't have to lug everything back & forth to marina! I'm hurting today for sure...but really happy its finally done!! Weather is really bad this year, had to cancel boat pickup twice cause I could not get some decent weather.

I've done some of my finest work with spray cans. Splashing Saturday.

You're a real artist. I just asked to go in on the 15th but this is assuming the guy shows up and does my railing this Saturday.

I met the "wax on wax off" kid's wife a few days ago. Ralph grew up on Long Island and still resides here. His wife (a nurse) took care of my Father In Law while in the hospital. She was so touched by my FIL, she came to his wake.

He has been married to her for 24 years, she is an angel, and very hot :) Ralph will be on dancing with the stars, please vote for him

I might make the 15th. Bottom is all sanded, one drive is one. Whew! That was a lot of work.

Installing the new underwater lights on Thurs.

Ben I forgot to ask about that. I guess it didn't go as planned. Did you fill in the hole for the old one as you planned? How does it look now that it is done?

I'm having my rail work done on Friday I should be done with everything by Sunday and hope to be in on the 15th as well.
