FUEL PRICES

Just called Panco, $3.49 for diesel. They must be on drugs!
 
White's went to $3.499 yesterday, there were so many boats there today you would have thought it was a fire sale!
 
Saw some workers from KOSCO yesterday, they said their pumps on the Rondout were removed, which only means less competition for low prices. Wonder how far up the creek you will have to travel now to get a fair price?
 
It's been my impression that RYB was about the cheapest in the area. They like to support the transient business. But this year, who knows?

We were at the Channel Club in Monmouth Beach this holiday weekend. Here are some fuel prices from the Jersey Shore... Current prices as of 5/28/2007

Hess Fuel
3.17 for 89 octane
2.79 for Diesel
 
I heard from my dock neighbor that Panco has dropped the price of diesel to $3.03 (was $3.49 last week)

Is this a sign of a welcome break in fuel prices????????
 
Haverstraw gas price DROPS to 3.69

Diesel still at 2.99
 
That's been their price for the last 3 weeks. Down a dime from mid June. I think these are the levels we can expect this summer. I don't see it getting any better.
